Profile: Anton von Rietberg

Anton was born in Wien where he spent much of his formative years. He was a member of the influential von Rietberg family, second son to his father. Ever since the age of nine he was recognised with his charm and artistic character. Much like the rest of his noble von Reitberg family who were known for their courtliness and refinement.

Compare to his elder brother who was the heir of the family, Anton was a much more relaxed character who has no interest in partaking in the daily affair of the state. Instead he spent much of his time with the female companion of his age and much of his energy in a variety of personal hobbies.

The death of his father when he was still a teenager had placed his elder brother to the seat of power and his own mother into a long bout of melancholy. This has a major impact of Anton's life. Without the watchful eyes of his parents and his elder sibling, Anton'ss behaviour became more wild and erratic. While his brother busy with the state affair, Anton enjoyed a lavish and wanton life style, hosting wild parties in that stately home and indulged in all form of excess. The prime example was the celebration of his adulthood which turned into three days feast of lust and mayhem, where Anton earned his infamous title of Herr Pervertierten.

For years afterward, Anton tormented Wien with his debauchment of young ladies and men in the city. The tales of his dissipation of all form of pleasure reached to the far corners of the city. At the end, his brother has no choice but to send Anton away to the family former home of Bohemia and kept him out of the political center of Wien. In the land of Bohemia, that is the place where Anton encountered an equally lustful vampire from the Kardsteini Bloodline. Unlike many others, Anton's turn was not only his own accord but one that he seek. The desire of immortality and the addiction of lust and pleasure mean he was the perfect one.

When the plague wiped out most of the humanity in Europe, Anton returned to Wien on the night of the great Masquerade, and saved the von Rietberg clan from the subsequent Carnival of Souls . Many of his family later turned to the Chosen themselves, while others are under the protection of the Court, become the willing bloodstocks to pervert their life and relative peace. Meanwhile, Anton himself had raised to the role of Scourge of Debosciati Rose, serving under Domina Liang and continues his quest of sexual pleasure.
